About TCI Cables

After nearly 10 years of planning and research True Colours Industries was finally formed in Lisburn, UK in 1997. Two established and knowledgeable Hi-Fi professionals, John Payne and Andrew Stacey, had grown tired of a market dominated by imported cables, bright on colours and with outlandish marketing claims, but too often leaving the customer short-changed in terms of quality and performance. Both were passionate in their beliefs and had long-standing experience of the industry at both professional and retail level. They understood exactly what was required of a cable and therefore set about starting the company with one purpose - to produce cables of advanced technical merit and performance but at pricing that gave genuine value for money to their customers. After the introduction of its first speaker cable and interconnect designs in 1997, the company quickly gained critical acclaim in the independent Hi-Fi press and a series of accolades and awards soon followed. Whilst the range of designs has expanded and as success has followed the company, its ethos still remain the same today, to continue to deliver cables true to its original aims.
